Development

Falling UP @ King Malcolm Roundabout is a developing project thematically connecting seven roundabouts in Dunfermline to the seven Kings of Scotland. The King Malcolm roundabout (as known due to it being located to the King Malcolm Hotel in Pitreavie) is a testbed for this project. This purpose of this project is to work with the local community, to raise awareness of the need for regeneration on a site that is the de-facto gateway to the city of Dunfermline. Fabric artworks on show during pop-up displays have included a series designed to feature the seven Kings as interpreted through the stylistic lens of a Falling UP collaborator.
